Lesson planning, teaching time, follow-up guidance, and resources tailored to each student.
How can I pay
You will receive an invoice which has payment information for direct transfers. Alternatively, you can use Paypal.
What happens if I cancel a lesson?
We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel a lesson, let your tutor know as soon as possible. If you can let them know 12 hours before your lesson, you will not be charged. Last minute cancellations will be charged at 50% of the usual lesson fee, to cover the tutor's time. In exceptional circumstances, this late fee may be waived, please contact us if you feel that you should not be charged for a last-minute cancellation.
Clear before you book
We know that confusing rules and pricing can be a barrier to great tuition, so we try to keep our pricing as open as possible.
Weekly lessons usually work best for steady progress, but shorter focused periods can also be useful.
We can advise on lesson length based on age, level, and the kind of work the learner needs most.
